Joe le Roux - Production Manager

Joe has more than 30 years’ work experience in the production and engineering fields where he worked in various positions including project manager, quality manager, production manager and operations manager. He desired to work for a world-class, trend-setting company, and joined Netafim as Factory Manager in December 2015 with a specific interest in extrusion and production. Working with people is his passion, and he strives for no compromise in the delivery of Netafim’s quality products.

He believes that information and communication technology will become more prevalent within the agricultural community within the next five years.
