  • A pack containing 5 sprinkler sets (various combinations)
  • A pack containing 10 pieces of a particular component, e.g. barbed plugs
Spikes

There is only one spike configuration available, being a spike of length 400 mm. Important to note is the mark at 235 mm from the top of the spike, indicated by an arrow, to which depth the spike is to be pushed into the soil to ensure that the relevant distribution pattern is achieved.

Sprinkler Sets

A sprinkler set consists of a sprinkler, a length of flexible PVC tube, with barb and butterfly fitted, and a spike. The sets are not supplied as an assembled entity, but rather as loose parts, e.g. the sprinklers are packed in boxes, while the tubes and the spikes are respectively packed in bags.

Sprinklers With Anti-Bug Swivels

An example of a typical sprinkler with an anti-bug swivel is shown on the right, with the green nozzle yielding a water flowrate of 40 l/h at a pressure of 100 kPa at the nozzle.

Sprinklers With Spreaders

An example of a typical sprinkler with a spreader is shown on the right, with the green nozzle yielding a water flowrate of 40 l/h at a pressure of 100 kPa at the nozzle.

Sprinklers With Swivels

An example of a typical sprinkler with a swivel is shown on the right, with the green nozzle yielding a water flowrate of 40 l/h at a pressure of 100 kPa at the nozzle.

Sprinklers With Upside-Down Swivels

An example of a typical sprinkler with an upside-down swivel is shown on the right, with the green nozzle yielding a water flowrate of 40 l/h at a pressure of 100 kPa at the nozzle.

Tubes

Various tube lengths are available with or without barb and butterfly. The tube, with nominal measurements of 4/7 mm, consists of PVC, black in colour, and has stabilizers added against ultra-violet degradation. The industry standard length is 600 mm.
